All of our bikes are pre-loved and will show varying degrees of previous use. We carefully inspect each bike and provide clear photographs and an honest description of its condition, including any significant cosmetic marks or imperfections. A condition guide is also available to refer to.

Our warranty covers unexpected mechanical faults that develop within 30 days of receiving your bike. This can include issues such as bearings developing excessive play or abnormal noise, gears requiring adjustment, or a dropper post developing a fault or stopping functioning correctly.
