Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be a standard fee or £75. All deliveries are estimated to be received between 3-5 working days after processing your order. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • MTB DISTRICT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • MTB DISTRICT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • For damaged or defective items, please reach out to us at mtbdistrictuk@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
